We hired two vans to shuttle event attendees between the hotel and the restaurant over a four hour period. The vans arrived on time and at no time during the evening did any attendees need to wait for a van. The vans were clean, the drivers were professional and courteous, and a great night was had by all.

This review is well overdue, but it is important to me and my wife that we express how impressed we are every time we use Majestic for travel to South Florida. We couldn't recommend Majestic and Tony (driver) more. The company and Tony are very professional, friendly, respectful, and always on time with a clean vehicle for a very competitive price. I’ve always loved the white Vintage Rolls Royce; it’s so classic and elegant. Choosing to have this car for us on our wedding made our day even more special. It was the perfect detail and a memorable first ride as a married couple. Robert whom I scheduled with couldn’t be more professional and nice to work with. Luis, our chauffeur was a gem and added more love and relaxation to an already relaxed, emotional and heartfelt day. This really was a dream and we are on cloud 9. Robert, the "Manager" doesn't know what customer service is, rude and unhelpful in helping us to understand the services they provide. The driver didn't know how to input the correct directions and we were late to our own wedding reception! And then we were charged for the overtime fee!!

I used Majestic for airport transportation from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami Beach. You cannot go wrong with them! The service is worth every penny. A person always answers the phone at their office. I received constant email and text communications after my reservations and on the days of service. My drivers, Parris and Chris, were so pleasant, professional and courteous. The vehicles were pristine. The entire experience was perfection! Thank you Majestic!

Coordinating transportation is the least-relaxing part of event planning for me. So many times I've had issues with companies not showing up on time, providing the wrong vehicle, not being able to contact the driver, etc.
