After decades of dealing with mental health I bounced from place to place and never really connected to any one …. I was hesitant to even try another place but I truly LOVE Charis Mental Health! I see Christina Cray and for the first time I found my person. She is compassionate, listens, and really knows her stuff. Thank you Christina♥️

Christina Cray is awesome. She has helped me and my family so much. She’s gone above and beyond and it is so appreciated. You can tell she really cares and has a huge heart. That is very hard to find nowadays in healthcare! We just love her!

Gloria is a great listener and I’ve really enjoyed my experience with Charis Mental Health. For a long time I went back and forth over whether I really needed to seek professional help and when I did it was so validating to learn that despite struggling for many years I am just very good at coping and hiding my condition. I’ve been seeing Gloria E. for a couple of months. She has been great. She answers my emails quickly with a return email or a phone call and she helped me get things straightened out with my med orders at the mail order pharmacy my insurance requires me to use. The medication she ordered has made a huge difference in my life. I feel like a new person. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
