He originally set up my new pump and put it together very poorly. Did not tell me what was actually wrong with my well. Did a quick fix and left, two days later I had the same issue all over again. I ended up calling a different company and paying them to fix his very big mistakes. When I asked friends and fellow Neighbors about him they did not get good service either.

Had a wonderful experience today! Called in for a service, they got out there the same day fixed our issue and i didn't even have to leave work. Added bonus that the service call was less then I expected. Will be calling in the future for any other needs. Highly recommend!

We needed a special pump asap. I called them he said yep we have it, we got there, he had the pump out ready to go, opened it up to double check for us. It was reasonably priced compared to others and they were very nice. Excellent all the way around.

Joe came out to my house to fix an old 4 inch well, which had not run in years. Within and hour and a half, Joe had my entire well up and running like it had never stopped. The work included a new control box, switch, power wire, and he even replaced the PVC going to the tank. Joe was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The cost of the repair was extremely fair and I will be recommending Pump House/Willis to anyone needing pump services.

Referred to them by a co worker It really sucks when you don’t have any water and you’re running off a water hose from the next-door neighbors house, And then thinking how much it’s Cost. They got me up and running the next day very reasonable price😇

I was in a horrible bind when another pump and well inspector did not show for 3 days. I called Joe and Karla at The Pump House and Joe was there within the hour, inspected the water pump as needed, charged a nominal fee and was so nice and ready and willing to help as needed. I will always give The Pump House and Willis Well Drilling my business from now on.
