Helaine Cohen was the best realtor I ever had. She would respond to all emails, texts, and calls immediately. If my wife or I had a questions, she would find an answer ASAP. We moved to Chicago from another state and the only time we could look at properties was on 4th of July weekend and she cleared her schedule to drive us around all weekend to see about 20 properties. She's honest, straight forward, and says it like it is. We had a great experience with Helaine and I would recommend her to family and friends.

Helaine Cohen quickly responded to our initial request for information. She continued to provide information on available properties on a regular basis. Our house hunt took more than a year and we were out of town buyers. She accommodated us whenever we were in Chicago and used our time very efficiently. Helaine was extremely honest and helpful during the touring process. She works around the clock and as a first-time homebuyer, I really appreciated her insight into the entire process. We toured units all over the city but without her recommendation, I would have never toured the unit I ended up purchasing. She really has a great eye for great layouts in the city and developed a keen sense of what I was looking for. It's safe to say she knew what I wanted better than I did. I would definitely work with her again.

Helaine is amazing! She spent 3 months helping me look for places, we probably look at 40 different units. I am going with a new development and she has helped me through that process which is more complicated. I plan on doing business with her in the future.
