Offering decades of experience assisting in estate planning matters and drafting the necessary documents to provide for assistance during periods of illness and/or injury and to plan for and carry out desires at the end of life. We work closely with financial planners and certified public accountants to make sure that all aspects of the estate planning process are coordinated and result in the best plan for the client.
The firm represents individuals and institutional lenders in foreclosure actions throughout Western North Carolina. With a knowledgeable support staff to assist in the process, foreclosures are handled efficiently and professionally no matter the client. This is a Law Firm in Asheville North Carolina that only deals with mortgage loans on construction of homes and business. They are very efficient and have all your paperwork ready to sign. The staff are very nice also. I hope you have as good of an experience as we have had with closing on your new home.

My husband and I were referred to this law office for the closing on our new home. We are from another state and knew no one. Other than getting an email reading "see attached" and my husband's appearance at closing that's the only true communication we had with this office. Not one reached out to introduce themselves. Not one reached out to thanks us. Not one reached to me after I sent an email asking that someone please call me. I hope their handling of my documents was much more efficient than their communication skills.

Update: After I left the below review Mr. Peltz reaches out to me with a phone call. He was genuinely concerned about our experience with his firm and wanted to better understand where our frustration had come from and seek input on how to avoid this in the furniture. While our experience was less than ideal I am impressed with a company owner committed enough to his customers to reach out in this way. It was far easier to ignore the review than to take the time to call an unhappy customer. I thank him for that effort.

These people we recommended to work on the closing of a $400,000 + home. They have been holding my money for more than 2 weeks, No phone call, one email and then no communication until I reached out to them. Then they told me the bank gave them the wrong tracking number so I asked them to fed ex me a check and I got an incorrect tracking number. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE!
