Mark is an excellent attorney! He is aggressive and knows what he is doing! My husband and I hired him on 2 separate cases and were very impressed with his professionalism and the outcome of both cases. He will give you a realistic view of what to expect and his prices are very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call on him again for all the great work he did!

Mark Hodgson is incredible. I came to him at a huge deficit, already losing badly, he assessed, did damage control, got me back to zero and then put me in a winning position. I literally got everything I wanted, low and short spousal support, amazing custody especially for a state that heavily favors the moms. Mark doesn’t play games, over charge or b.s. he is attentive, skilled in and out of the courtroom, not intimidated by other lawyers, he did things that I did not even think would be possible. The place where prejudice is paid for. I have never been served more facetious documents that were accepted by only a commissioner and never seen a judge in a case. Above the law and filed document for both sides as conflicting interest dose not apply to this business. Pictures attached to provide this person. Anyone who has a bad experience needs to look at the WSAB id number. Mark will switch his number to push his partners and force a rueling.

Wonderful staff and most amazing experience. I was brought in and treated like family. I was lucky to get mark Hodgson as my attorney and he went above and beyond to address my case aggressively. His staff too was eager to fulfill any and all requests made by me. After our litigation was over I still am part of the family, getting quick questions answered and even when I needed help, getting a large stack of copies made.
