If you are looking for the best price for your travel that comes along with fantastic service, look no further, you have found it! I have used BNT on numerous occasions: bought air tickets, packages, cruises, booked hotels, excursions, and they can even get a rental car discount! They beat any price that i find on my own.

Such a great trip to Iceland! Upon arrival, we were met by our very friendly tour guide who proceeded to help us settle down. The locations for the tours were beautiful and very well planned out. Definitely would recommend to a friend and would be a returning customer to the other locations offered!

Let me start out by saying I travel about 3x a year and always book travel through an agent. With that said, this has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had. This agency was difficult to deal with from the beginning of the planning process all the way through to the actual trip. I partly blame myself for not seeing the red flags; the unresponsiveness, lack of knowledge, & rudeness from staff. Trying to get information out of our agent Sam was extremely difficult. We had to ask him for updates 3-4 times before he finally responded.

The amount of words that I have for this "agency" will need me to quit my job and write a book. I will stick to the basics and just say that this is by far the most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with in my entire life and that applies to every business, not just travel.
Our "agent" Sam was nothing short of a complete disaster. I reallly hope this is not his primary gig because there is no way you can make money treating customers this way.
