Jacoya was awesome from the very start to finish. I told her exactly how I wanted to spend my vacation and she did exactly what I wanted to the tea! THE BEST!! She made Punta Cana one of the best trips I’ve went on. From the first time I contacted her to a few days after my trip her communication and professionalism was everything! The resort, excursions, food, transportation, flights, just everything was amazing! We literally didn’t have any problems booking with her! Thank You soooo much again my love! The experience I received exceeded all expectations. I was a bit nervous to travel out the country( I’m a first timer), but Jacoya ensured she would take care of my Fiancé and I. From the initial inquiry to finalizing, she remained present answering all questions and concerns. From hopping on the phone for 1 hour calls about sometimes the same questions I always had(she was so patient with me), to going over the airport process with me as first timer, she truly loves what she does and it shows. Easily the best experience I have ever had working with a travel agent. Jacoya asked the right questions up front. She listened well, planned and made travel arrangements thinking ahead for me. It was my first time traveling ever and my parents hadn't travel in over 5 years.
