Our state of the art machine shop is equipped with the latest in CNC machining technology. Blanda Inc. has a variety of state of the art manual, CNC vertical mills, and CNC turning centers for any of the machining needs you many have. Our Minneapolis machine shop was built with long running, close tolerance work in mind.
Have a difficult or impossible part? Not at Blanda Inc. Our wire EDM capabilities allow us to cut virtually any material, and make cuts that traditional machining methods can't. Techniques include: Wire EDM, Sinker EDM and Micro Hole Popping or Small Hole EDM drilling. Wire EDM allows us cut any electrically conductive material, regardless of hardness.
When you need a quick turnaround, with a wide variety of materials, our water jet cutting service is ideal. We can cut virtually any material, including metals, composites, stone, plastics, glass and rubber. Characteristics of water jet cutting include superior edge quality, and no heat effects on your finished part.
