Fast and caring service! And the fact that they cater to military is the icing on the cake! Brought my car in due to a leak. They promptly identified the issue, checked on the “check engine” light, and promptly to care of my vehicle! Is so good to know that there is, at least one, honest and trustworthy mechanic in town!! This is my response to their response. It’s real simple. I took my Toyota Tundra to you for repairs. It had the same error code every time I took it back to you. I paid you to make the necessary repairs to both remove the error code that would also turn off the engine check light. You did not repair it. Plain and simple. Then you tell me to take it to the dealer and pay them 400.00 to find out what the problem was???!!! The same code came on time after time, after time, etc…. And is still on. We all know what the problem was and still is. Why in the world would I pay another repair shop to

I thought I had finally found my last auto repair shop to bring all my vehicles to. I was wrong. I brought my 2010 Tundra into Patriot Auto for a repair when it went into limp mode. They fixed that problem. They gave me a nice booklet that states all repairs are under warranty, so rest assured. After that, my check engine light came on. I took it back to them to repair. They replaced parts and returned my vehicle to me. They gave me another nice booklet that states all repairs are under warranty, rest assured. I have since taken it back to them 3 or 4 more times for the same check engine light

Had a crank no start but only when the car was hot. Todd and crew kept my car until they could reproduce the problem. Most places try one time and give it back. They finally got it to reproduce and FIXED IT. The point of auto repair is peace of mind and they provide it. You will not regret bringing your vehicle here!

Best auto repair place in colorado springs, Patriot auto repair is a veteran ran mom and pop type business.. they are caring, compassionate, and understanding of all their customers needs.
