I had an appointment for 12:30PM with Dr. Press. At 1:40PM I was still waiting to be seen so I left. Dr. Press called and apologized and said he would come in early two days later to see me. They open at 10:00AM but he agreed to see me at 9:30AM. I was to be his first patient of the day. I was there at 9:30 but was not called back until 9:40. I was going to wait in until 9:45 and was going to leave. Anyway this appointment was during the COVID-19 pandemic. The receptionist did not wear a mask at all the second day I was there. She kept it pulled down under her chin the first day I was there. The

I called this office last minute this morning. So I’ve never been to an eye doctor and had some concern about one of my eyes. The receptionist answered the phone after several rings.... I then asked if they had availability today to have my eye examined. She was very rude in telling me “No we don’t “. She didn’t offer to schedule me an appointment later or offer to call me if they had a cancellation. I don’t write many reviews but the lack of professionalism got me going.

I recently needed to change my vision prescription and was finally in need of bifocals. I went to see Dr. Miles Press for both convenience (local eye doctor) and because he accepted my insurance. I needed to have vision in my right eye adjusted several times, and several right lenses replaced. Dr.Miles Press worked tirelessly to make sure my vision was correct and I was never charged for each subsequent visit or lens replacement. I've never had an eye doctor like that before, that really cares and is fast and on the ball with knowledge to get you the correct prescription. He also cared that I went
