We found Jara after experiencing leaking around a few windows in our home, after a home remodel and siding / window install. We are so grateful to have hired Jara for the repairs and after this positive experience will approach Jara for future projects. The Jara Construction team just wrapped up an extensive exterior renovation project of our home. Scope of work included: Complete removal of all stucco and wood siding facades, all new construction windows, replacement of front and side entry doors, installation of Hardie Board siding, and the creation of both front and back porches (rear was screened in). I honestly can't express how happy I am that I had the opportunity to work with Miguel and his wonderful team. From start to finish the team was the gold standard of professionalism -- timely, courteous and absolutely excellent at what they do. We ripped off the entire exterior of our home, reconstructed our front porch and replaced our exterior with Hardy board and stone -- so the project was a very large undertaking. Miguel and his team are amazing! Extremely professional, responsive and the hardest working team I’ve ever worked with. They were there 6 days a week from 7 until 6 most days. They completed a job we thought would take 6 weeks in under a month and that was including everything I kept adding as time went on. We had whole house stucco remediation done. We got a few quotes and selecting Jara Construction after talking to other homeowners and spending a few months researching. The team was great- they were here early in the morning and worked long hours. They paid attention to detail and took pride in their work. The very rare times that I had questions or problems, Miguel was able to address them with me to my satisfaction. He stands behind his work.
