Burrows Cabinets offers home builders two turnkey cabinet lines to fit different design preferences and configuration needs: EVRGRN and Faceframe. EVRGRN is Burrows Cabinets' new trend-forward, engineered-wood cabinet line that pairs the beauty and texture of the most sought after, natural wood grains and sophisticated colors with the durability, performance and visual consistency of cutting-edge, engineered material.
EVRGRN is a beautiful engineered wood product that features sophisticated European styling and three-dimensional, grain-matched texture on our woodgrain options. Burrows Cabinets' faceframe cabinet line is a true semi-custom product with standard overlay (faceframe) and full overlay construction options. Our faceframe line allows for custom cabinet sizing and custom shelf placement when possible, to maximize space, and is available in a wide variety of door styles and stained or painted finishes from traditional to transitional and contemporary.

The Burrows team is absolutely first class. I wasn't aware of the fact that my new home in downtown Georgetown had cabinets that weren't under warranty from my builder but actually from the installer, "Burrows Cabinets" . After a little hesitation I decided to ask my builder to look at the soft close feature of just one of the many cabinets that we have. Within 24 hrs Guy G. from Burrows called me and had us on the schedule for warranty repair within a week of the discrepancy. Dealing with the consistent labor shortage that we have in Austin I was astounded that this was even possible. My issue

Please use a higher quality cabinet company when you build you house. Our builder used Burrows and our cabinets are falling apart and we have been here for only 7 years. They probably started breaking around the 4 year mark. I've had many different handymen out to fix problems and they alway comment on the poor quality of the cabinets. The drawers will not properly shut anymore and the sliding trash bin has completely fallen apart. I finally talked to someone at Burrows today and they did say I could come there to pick up a new track but I live in Austin. They will not mail it or tell me the product

I do not recommend Burrows! Our builder used them, so we were unfortunately stuck with them. Burrows built a non-standard size trash pull-out and it took them 3+ months over multiple visits, to figure out how to correct and fit standard size trash cans. They did not want to take ownership of the issue and it would still be a problem if it wasn't for our builder pressing Burrows to resolve.

We used Burrows MFG to build and install our cabinets in our new home.about 4 years ago. We've found that the laminates on the inside of the drawers have been coming loose for a while now. I finally contacted them to find out if there might be any warranty or if they could recommend a better glue to solve our problem.
Their response was that there's no warranty, no service, no point of contact that might help you... Go away, don't bother us.
