All of our in house designs are created with industry leading CAD software and most parts are machine cut with our CNC machine. Grandeur Cellars was established in 2005 as a part-time garage project and due to the quality of service and products it has grown to its current modern, well equipped facility in Hutto, TX. For the past 10 years we have completed over 200 projects, ranging from small to large, from simple wine racks in homes to elaborate, detailed 5000 bottle cellars to showcase cellars in commercial establishments.

I contracted Cru to build a custom-designed conditioned wine cabinet for our home. They were very professional from start to finish. John consulted with me to understand my needs and wishes for wine storage and discussed multiple options, helping me find a solution that fit very well within our desires and budget.

Cigar Oasis was developed in 1997 as the first sealed electronic humidifier for personal humidors. After a year in development and testing the engineers were ready to send the Cigar Oasis units out and have our customers be the true product testers. At first the market was slow because it was expensive, but those who used the Cigar Oasis swore by them with countless praises for the performance and maintenance free features of the product.

The quality of work is great, I'd give it a 4.5. As for customer service, I'd give it a 2....in the beginning they were great. On top of responses, very detailed in working to customize my cabinet. When the project was almost completed is when I really saw the communication drop off. Multiple requests to gain responses. At one point I thought they just ghosted me and didn't complete the cabinet but they finally came around sharing pics of the completed project. To make matters worse, the cabinet wasn't completed upon delivery. They didn't include the light adapter that let's you control the lights
