El Dorado Hand Car Wash

I have used this gas station for years to fill up. Friendly, clean, good prices. Today I decided to get my washed. Don't. Horrible car wash. Way too expensive for what they offer. Car was not vacuumed well at all. The inside had not been wiped. When I got home, I detailed the inside of the car. The more I wiped, the more I saw things that they did not do or just flat missed. I paid $36.99 for the wash and there are local car washes with lesser prices and much better quality. I tipped well the guy who did my car and now I wish I had not as he did not provide the level of quality

I’ve been coming here for the past couple of months and they have been great, price is a bit high but not too crazy.

Stopped in for a car wash... "Deluxe"... and did not notice it until I got home that the charge was $32.77, which seemed odd, not to mention expensive. The attendant seemed "half asleep," which matched his service. I asked for premium grade gas and he went to push regular grade. Nice. If that wasn't enough, the guy they had detailing my car seemed more "out of it" than the attendant at the gas pumps. Only one tire got tire dressing; the others were simply skipped... and the overall wiping down my vehicle could not have been more poor. Terrible, terrible job... I highly recommend going elsewhere

Worst service... worst car wash I've ever had. It was as though my vehicle seemed cleaner when I drove in than when I drove out. They even overcharged from what was posted on their sign (unfortunately I did not notice this until I got home). I strongly recommend using another car wash service. El Dorado Car Wash is a joke!!

The car wash is not the best. They skipped my cup holders and also broke my trunk by forcing it open, instead of pushing the button.

I paid for the Deluxe Car wash ($28.99) which is supposed to include:
Full service hand wash
Foam polish wax
Foam sealer wax
Clear coat protection
Under body flush
Tire dressing
The car wash conveyor belt broke when it was my vehicles turn. The workers got a water hose and bucket with soap and water & quickly washed my car. They drove it through and dried it outside. My car did not get the foam wash, foam sealer, clear coat or under body flush. I brought it to the clerks attention and asked for a partial refund. She was rude & wasn't customer friendly. I do could give 0* I would. I brought my car in for a wash and they pulled it into the car wash itself and when I came out the tire was flat and they were driving it on the rim. After requesting the owners phone number they refused and continued to act dumb saying it was not their responsibility. So after looking at the tire they continued to dry my car as if nothing happened. I found out that the valve stem had snapped off in the car wash so I asked them to retrieve the cap and remaining part of valve stem and they refused. After 30 mins of complaining they were finally able to find the missing

Once again, these guys prove to me why I still go back to them. They are very friendly and courteous and gladly do what I tell them. For example, once in a while, they will miss a spot that probably needs to be wiped or vacuumed, and I politely tell them that. They give me a big smile and just do it. That's great service to me! Will be back soon!

Don't be reluctant to ask for a small touchup. This place normally does a very good job on my 3 vehicles and if i find a deficiency then the staff always makes it right. The booklet of super wash tickets i get here every year is totally a great deal

I had the best experience in the world here! I have four children who definitely trash my car. With food wrappers and spilled drinks etc. I was almost embarrassed to bring it in. Apparently it's not a big deal to them. They revamped my car and made it look as though I just drove off the new car lot.
All of his promises came to fruition. I could not be happier. And I will not let my children eat or drink another thing in the car ever again... Or at least for a week or two, LOL. I am thoroughly enjoying the bliss of a squeaky clean car! It is beautiful!

On Saturday 10.10.2020, I drove to El Dorado carwash as a first time customer and drove in the line to get my vehicle washed. After a minute or two, I was approached by one of the staff which I opted for a hand wax / wash for 79.00. while I was waiting by my car for the ticket, two of the staff started vacuuming the vehicle and before I even had my ticket in hand, one of them started

I asked to Wash my mustang and they did incredible job !!!!! They cleaned my interior as well for only $44.99 obviously they Washed aut side the line !!! I'm keep coming more often and recommend to all my friends and family!!

Worst car wash I've ever had in my life I clean my car better with no cleaning solutions I paid 44$ for an exterior ? That was supposed to include cleaning my dash and cleaning my cup holders didn't do any of that

Too pricey. $22 for a basic car wash? Clerk did not know what a wet vac was when I inquired over the phone. Won’t be going here!

Way overpriced. $60 for exterior truck wash. Wouldn't take coupon because it wasn't printed out. Cashier..zero help.

Worst experience ever , after getting the new platinum washed and paying $160 , my $500 sunglasses were gone!

They didn't clean the middle console in the interior. They did a very bad job on the dash and left an incredibly unpleasant smell. I had to go to the store to buy my own cleaner to clean up the mess they've made. These guys are completely overpriced

Believe the low stars. I want to like this place because it's closest to my house but it's horrible. They are rude and do s very, very bad job. This is my car immediately after a super wash - supposedly. They didn't vacuum or clean the back nor did they wipe the windows.

I left this car wash for along time but decided to go back ( wrong choice ) last week I asked for the cheapest gas and the attendant , won’t mention names put in the higher price gas then gave me a dollar to make up the difference ( seriously know ) then charge me separately for each items as 4 dollar for tire dressing on wheels . So today after church ( I tried to stay calm ) I pumped my own gas then went to the wash and asked for the 24.99 which is already outrageous as I had to vacuum the back seat of car , then I paid for my Honda as usual ( not a big car ) and looked at my receipt and they

Big place and plenty of people working here to keep things moving. The wash for my small SUV with tire dressing was $26.99. Definitely on the high side but I guess it's worth a few $'s more to get in and out and have it done right.

Bonus-They actually use compressed air to blow the water out of your side mirrors so it doesn't leaves streaks as soon as you drive off.

They do a good job. I go here because I can get my Oil Changed and Car washed in one place, at one time. They are a little slow, but there is a nice outdoor sitting area to wait.

I have been going to this car wash location for many years, and this morning I thought I would take my truck to get washed rather than me doing it myself. When I arrived at the car wash the salesman convinced me to get my truck hand waxed with a car wash that included the inside and outside. Well to my disgust, the work was completed faster than normal which made me question the service rendered. To my surprise the car was washed very superficially with road grime still on the hood, grill, head lights and all over the truck. Inside the truck it was even worse, it was left with dust on most surfaces

Always a great experience. I get my oil changed and car washed here. The manager is a great guy- I left a spare tire sitting outside of their garage after they patched it for me. Proceeded to forget about it and when I realized (three weeks later), called up and he said he had it waiting in his office for me!

Paid $40 for the special, but apparently that didn't include any sort of wiping down of the interior. They said it did, but I still have dust all over the dash and interior of my car.
The door panels are still dirty where shoes have left marks from getting in and out, so besides that and the layer of dust on the dash, radio and cluster, what I really got was a vacuum and exterior wash. The $12 hand wash, basically for $40.
The car's outside looks great, so I'll go back for the hand wash, but forget paying for any sort of interior wipe down. Should have stuck to the reviews, but of course I tried

My first experience was decent. My second trip they talked me into upgrading to a hand wax and express detail service. $50 later the car was not clean inside or out. The inside wasn't even wiped down. I had to ask them to at least wipe down the dash. I live around the corner but I'll never go there again.
