I couldn’t believe how bad a job they did cleaning my car. The outside for the most part was wiped down but the inside was still not cleaned. I paid for their top wash and gave a good tip. I had to ask for spray and a towel so I get my car cleaned before I left . They really ripped me off. Not going back.

It's a do it yourself coin operated car wash on Lake Forest, in an automotive plaza with repair shops, tire shops. They have a drive through bay where the car is washed and dried for you. In case you don't want the spinning brushes touching your car they also have six bats where you pull your car and do it yourself. Good products offered, tire cleaner, wax, etc. There are pull up vacuuming stations as well. They even have sinks with shammy wringers. Open 24 hours. My favorite place to wash my car.

Just a lackluster job. There were pollen spots still stuck to the hood and roof despite the machine wash and hand dry. Dash was still a little dusty, but that looked like it was cloth fingers from their towels. For $20ish the exterior should look better than when coming out of a Costco wash. But the floors and doors were clean, and it was better after then before, so that's something.

Washing system device now require replacement or good maintenance. In the last +4 years, the performance of the devices has dropped a lot.
When I got out of the wash last morning, there were stains like coal dust on the car. They are very polite guys. They offered a rewash. I didn't like it, it's a waste of time for the 2nd time and it definitely needs care after the black oily areas remain. It's time to change wash device.

They do decent job for full service, price is a little bit overpriced but overall better than others since most of then are not good at least around this area, vacuuming is good wiping the window is good but wiping the dashboard is not much or actually it depends on who is doing it. Overall I recommend this carwash for full service around this area

Poor wash system. I washed my car right after a road trip (lots of bugs) Knowing it would be tough, I bought the highest priced exterior wash. I had realistic expectations as I've done this before at other car washes and knew it might take a couple of runs through the car wash to get all of the bugs off.
I was surprised at how little came off after the first wash. You wouldn't be able to tell I had even run it through a professional car wash. I talked to management, and was shocked to hear him just try to up-sell me! (somehow their best exterior wash wouldn't clean the car, but if I pay for interior

After the first visit here I was disappointed with the result of express car wash for 14$. Gave them one more chance and you can see the same result showed on pics. Wasn’t able to take photos of the car body, but there were the same things. It was the lest time I visited this car wash.
And it’s my first review. Just imagine how I’m disappointed.
