Dr. George Bahri requested an MRI be performed on my left knee to confirm a diagnosis of a meniscus tear. However, when my insurance company requested additional information to approve the MRI, I found it difficult to impossible to get Dr. Bahri to connect with my insurance company. Although the claim was made that the insurance company always called when he was with patients, there was never any follow-up with myself to let me know that the call was not made. Hence no MRI approval and I have moved to another Orthopaedic physician to treat my knee.

The staff is friendly but the girl who makes the appointment messed up completely and make me drive 1 hour for no reason ,she schedule me on a different day that the one she told me on the phone . The front desk girl make an exception and put me on the Schedule so I don’t have to come back 2 days later .My nurse was nice and sweet but the doctor interrupt me and pick up a phone call on my face and then he ask me what type of treatment I want :that’s why I’m here , the place is Dirty and old ,dust everywhere and rustic , no x ray machine on the second floor so you need to go down to a different

If I could leave this place zero stars I would. HORRIBLE staff. The doctor was nice enough but the rest of the staff, not so much. My appointment was almost a month ago and I STILL haven’t received a proper receipt with my medical records in order to send in to my insurance. I have called the office numerous times and no one answers the phone no matter which department I call. I have left numerous voicemails and still have not been called back. Horrible. Will not be returning. Would not recommend.
