My brakes stopped working and I was able to stop the vehicle next door to their shop (BK parking lot). I went in to ask about getting the rear brakes and master cylinder done. Also the Ebrake and ABS lights were on. They said they could do it in a week or so and it would cost about $300 but they weren't sure about parts and labor yet. I was ok with all that. But then they said they could not read OBD1 (Which is what my 93 ranger has). First red flag. Then I exclaimed to them that I had no brakes and was wondering how I would stop getting into their establishment. They said they could not help with

Took my car in because my AC was blowing cool sometimes and hot other times. Also, needed an oil change. Booked an appointment online and received an email back the next day confirming my appt. When I showed up, the guys behind the counter acted like I was bothering them. Told them I had an appt and was told they don't take appointments. Agreed to look at my car with no guarantees about the AC as they said they could only fix it if it was blowing hot when they checked. I didn't feel good about it but left my car anyway at about 10am. Took my car to Ford was told that my thermostat was leaking. Was quoted $715.91. I decided to get another estimate and took my car to Angler auto repair. I spoke to Kelly and the estimate was no where near what Ford quoted me. I had the thermostat fixed and got front brakes for my Mustang. I will not be taking my car anywhere else but Angler. Very happy 😃 with there service. They saved me a lot of money on my repairs. And the staff there is awesome. Thank you 🙏 for everything.

Agner was GREAT! They fixed my car, earlier than I expected, and it's running great! I had gotten estimates from 3 other shops, and Agner by far was the best price and fastest. I finally have found an auto repair that is convenient for me and has great pricing. The man I dealt with was very polite and informative.

I was in town visiting a friend and on the way my alternator went out.
I Shopped around for the repair and everyone's else's prices were much higher, some by almost double.
The guys were knowledgeable and it was convenient they had the part I needed in stock.
They did a quick Job on short notice and was I 100% satisfied with the service and price.
Would def recommend to locals and travelers alike!

Trustworthy shop. In today's market where everyone wants to make as much money as possible in the shortest amount of time, it's nice to know there are still some old school shops that believe in honor before the dollar. This shop was recommended by a friend and reluctantly I dropped off my car. They spent a couple of hours diagnosing and ordered parts then found out it was simply a wire that wasn't making contact. They only charged for 1 hour. Easily could have charged me much much more and I still would have been happy. Their honesty and openness has earned my trust.

We will not take our cars anywhere else! This is an "HONEST" auto repair shop. We have asked for certain things to be checked out on our vehicles only to be told, "Nope, nothing needs to be done". Ed and Dennis are trustworthy and courteous guys who make us feel comfortable when we bring our cars to them. I had heard about Agners from 3 different people who said how reasonable and honest they were. They are about a 25 min drive from where we live, but they are well worth it. I would highly recommend Agners to anyone who is looking for an auto repair they can trust.

I had heard great things about Agners for years but never had a need for their services. That changed when the air on my 04 350z started blowing hot air. Called up on a Saturday, explained my situation and they were able to fit me in. (They close at 4 on Saturdays)
Worst case scenario I figured I'd need a compressor, Freon recharge and a new drier and labor. Was ready to fork over the estimated $700 if that's what was required.
3 hours later I get the call. It's all wrapped up and blowing cold. the culprit?
Worn belts x2. $138.45 parts and labor out the door.

This is the most honest and best customer service I have ever had at a car shop! I will never take my car anywhere else again. These guys saved me over $800 from what a corporate car place was trying to charge me. They where honest and told me what actually needed to be done and had me in and out within hours but even offered to give me a ride home if needed! I will have all my family and friends come here from now on and recommend them to everyone!

Vroom Vroom! My family & I love Agner! This is a local Gem! Everyone at Agners is loyal to their company and customers. They are fair and honest. My boyfriend had a problem with his car earlier this week and he took it to Agner, and just like that later that afternoon it was fixed! Agners was able to help him & got the car back to him in the same day. Very reliable. They never try to up sell or fix something you didn't come in to originally fix. If they happen to see something else that may need fixing they tell you when you pick it up and let you know how much you are looking at and

These gentlemen not only were able to take care of me on a Saturday (as a teacher that is the only free time I have) but they also showed me what the problem was and were very patient and polite! What a waste of our time! Especially turned off by the owners gruff attitude. He has a family member handling things out front but obviously hasn't given the family member any authority, or training for that matter, which causes him to constantly run back and forth seeking answers. We didn't meet the actual owner till the end and he treated us as if he was doing us a favor gracing us with his presence. His estimate of what was wrong with our car was wayyyyy off and told us our car was no longer starting and his was the only option we had. We walked around to the back, got into our car

Being that I don't know a bearing manifold from a combobulator, it's really important that I feel like a mechanic is being honest with me. I came to Agner on a recommendation from a friend, and I think I've found my ideal shop.
I thought Tuffy was good, but Tuffy told us we needed a major part replaced. Waiting a while, we brought it here and the guys could see nothing to indicate that part's replacement. They suggested a much cheaper fix. Passing on a few hundred bucks of work, they now have a customer for life.

Based on the reviews in Yelp, I decided to give Agner a try as I live nearby. My dealership took two hours to diagnose my A/C problem (over $100) and estimated a repair bill of over $1400. I called Agner and Kelly discussed my problem over the phone (who does that anymore??) and he said they would look at the A/C for no charge, but if Freon was needed, it would be approximately a $50 charge. I set up the estimate for later in the afternoon so I did not have to wait long for the diagnosis. Within 5 minutes, they diagnosed the same problem and estimated $750. I made an appointment for the next day
