The Bristol County Estate Planning Council is an interdisciplinary organization for professionals involved in estate planning.

Since its inception, in 1973, the Council's primary objective has been to provide a better understanding of the services performed by attorneys, insurance professionals, trust officers, accountants, financial service professionals, planned giving and development professionals, elder care professionals, court personnel, and students in these professions, along with others substantially involved in estate planning and to promote cooperation among them.
Services
The Bristol County Estate Planning Council was formed in 1973. It has gone through many years of growth to be the Council that it is today. It is with great respect for our past-presidents and board members that we extend gratitude and glean much information to be the Council that we are today. Our Council has meetings on the 3rd Thursday (barring no interference with holidays) of September, November, January, and March.
The Council's success depends in large part on the Committee leaders and the dedicated collaboration among our Board of Directors, and we are grateful for the many hours these volunteers put in. If you are a member who is interested in becoming involved with any of the BCEPC Committees or activities listed below, please get in touch with the appropriate Chair(s).
The National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC) provides this offering of Value Partners as a resource to its membership of designees, affiliated local estate planning councils, and members of affiliated local estate planning councils. Reference within this website or newsletter of a specific product, process, or service does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by NAEPC.
