The International Chemical Company had nine former manufacturing facilities with ongoing environmental liabilities. RESIGHT was provided with several assets and a subsidiary holding of some assets. After RESIGHT developed individual remediation plans for each site it was decided that the value of liabilities exceeded the value of properties.
