I've had Several experiences with Michaels. Overall it is a clean place. Dishes need to be inspected better for cleanliness. The breakfast buffet is worth the just under $10.00 price tag including drinks and taxes. Dinner can be hit or miss. The price feels a bit high for the quality. Love the evening greeter! Other than her the service has been sub par. Cajun shrimp was ok but the sauce lacked flavor. Burger was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Salmon was over cooked and dry. Service would keep me away, food - I have not given up, at the end of the day it is the convenience of being in

The Italian Buffet on Friday Nights is a must, it starts at 5pm, it includes unlimited pasta cooked right in front of you by the amazing Chef Rodney, exactly how you like it, with whatever you could imagine in that pasta dish.. That buffet also includes two entree's, two sides, two soups, salads, some antipasto dishes and deserts for $18.95 and if you could find a coupon out there two can dine for $18.95! The service staff is great, the bar is always hoping with a band 5 nights out of the week right next door so you could always head on over to enjoy live music and a few delicious cocktails

We visited this location for "brunch" and can honestly say that if you don't have a buy one/get one coupon it's NOT WORTH IT. Even with the BOGO coupon I'd be hard pressed to say that it was worth the price you pay.
They open at 11:00 am on Sunday and when they say 11:00 am they mean 11:00 am and not a second sooner. Really a few minutes late. They have made to order omelets and the usual beef & ham selections but not much else. The two other primary dishes were marginal at best and the bacon was over cooked. They charge $2.50 for anything you drink beside water but

A gang of us ordered appetizers-for-dinner, and they were uniformly bleah. The "bruschetta" consisted of cold hothouse tomatoes that clearly had been in the fridge for a long time, and the crab cakes were cold in the middle, also indicating a casual attitude towards preparation. For the price, which was in the haute regions, I would have expected more attention to detail. I thought long and hard about giving them a single star, but it doesn't quite reach my threshold of "I'd rather starve to death than eat here again" for one star reviews. But close.

Staying here at the Holiday Inn, and couldn't help but smell the goodness coming out of this place as I went to my room. The boys and I decided to eat in tonight and gave Michaels a try . Tonight's feature was a pasta bar /buffet, with salads and and a few other entrees like beef tips, Trout Almondine and also a selection of desserts. We all opted for the buffet. The sous chef making the pastas was fast, personable, and helped each of us create a delicious mix of YUM. We enjoyed it very much, the price was ok, and the service was good. We will definitely be considering Michaels

We were staying at the Holiday inn and attending an event at the Holiday inn. Due to time constraints we had to eat at Michael's grill for breakfast. We are at the buffet. The food was terrible. The eggs were cold and hard, the only banana was so soft i asked for a replacement and never got one. The plates were wet and had to ask for it to be dried prior to using it. To give credit where it is due, the staff were always nice and the English muffin that I toasted was hot and crispy. Otherwise I will be taking my business elsewhere.
