Had a terrible experience. Don't hire this company. They had hidden charges and the event coordinator that came to do games for my 4 year old's party was AWFUL. She didn't engage, didn't want to be there and didn't actually say or do much in terms of the job she was hired. Company offered no support

This company is literally the worst party rental company that we have ever used. The night before we found out that one of the characters we booked 120 days in advance wasn't going to be there and that was only after we had to call them. We planned out the morning the evening before. They showed up 45 minutes late then took another 20 minutes to set up.

I was searching for face painter and mini mouse at last minute and was thinking it was a professional service, but what I got was less than mediocre face paint. I hat being so mean because he was very nice but not at all what I had envisioned for my daughters 2nd Birthday. My 12 year could paint better. Also it took over 20 minutes to paint one face all the kids didn't have time not even my daughter :(And at least his Mini Mouse saves the day but even then his dress was broke. It was a disappoint. I wrote to them hoping they'd understand have CustomerCare and refund the face paint. But

Absolutely the worse characters I have ever experienced. Wouldn't recommend this company to my worse enemy. Booked characters for 1hr characters stood around as the kids lost interest. After boring the kids due to non interaction characters tried to leave early with out offering a refund. I was extremely embarrassed considering this was supposed to be my main event and it was a complete fail. I think the other reviews out there saying anything positive have to be made up. When asking the owner Floyd for a refund he refuses, asking why didn't I refuse the service if it was that bad. Smh

I hired 2 Ninja Turtles for a 5th birthday party. Neither were very interactive. One literally just stood in place. The worst was the music & unsafe games. The Children where given an air pump with a long pointy tip & told to play hot potato with it!! Music played was streamed & not the kiddie scrubbed versions. We finally asked them to leave. I contacted Kiddys Kingdom & just got an "oh sorry, I'lll look into it." We did also get a bounce house from them which worked out well & prior to the event everyone was helpful & friendly so I would give them a few

"warning parents" !!!!! Please beware of this faulty company! I was assured by the owner that I would be pleased with the costume characters that I paid a $75 deposit for and remainder to be paid once the service was rendered. To my humiliation , the costume characters were "dirty", "dingy" and "too large" for the young children who were wearing them.
