I've only been here a handful of times and each time it's gotten worse. It doesn't matter when your appointment is, expect to wait a minimum of 35-45 minutes for a simple adjustment. I schedule other appointments an entire hour after and still don't make them. It's ridiculous to expect someone to come in multiple times a week and wait so long for an adjustment that takes less than 5 minutes. I waited 40 mins today and ended up having to leave. It's too much of a waste of time to be able to excuse it. I will be looking for chiropractic care elsewhere.

Dr Hagan is well experienced and good chiropractor. I have scatic nerve and chronic back pain since 2011. I took physical therapies and try all other things it work but after while my pain come back ..those who have sacatic pain they know it’s hard to do your regular work when pain starts but dr Hagan did 1 st procedurer of sacatic pain on me and my pain goes almost 90 % when I stand I feel something from last 10 years break down and leg feel no pain and I walk without any pain after so many years I have other procedure sittings too but I got so much relief after my first one thanks to DrHagan

I’m trying out chiropractic offices and experience in the Hayward area for both my fitness clients and myself. I truly must say that the team at Hagan Chiropractic are provided the best professional experience I’ve had in a chiropractic office. As a strength athlete it’s important for me to take care of body in order to get stronger and to heal & recover properly after trainings and competition. Trying the Hagan experience out I went in for my first appointment and get full assessment, x-rays, adjustment and therapy for the unusual back pain I was experiencing after competition.

This is an absolute amazing place! They always make time for their patients and handle them with genuine care. The staff is friendly and they are always willing to help and they care for the overall well being of your health and join in supporting you in reliving the symptoms of pain that you walk in with! Every visit with Dr. Hagen is phenomenal. No matter how I walk in,I walk out feeling great after a short adjustment or maybe electro stim and massage if I need it. I like that he prioritizes hands on manipulation versus a whole bunch of tools as I've had other doctors try before. It feels far more effective to me. I wish every medical practitioner could create results and heal as quickly as he does.

I've been to several chiropractors before and a few I thought were very good, but none have measured up to the care I've received at Kent Hagan Chiropractic. I've mostly been treated by Dr. Eric who is fantastic. He has such a calm manner that really puts me at ease. The massage therapists are wonderful too. I was really impressed when Dr. Hagan dropped by the consult room to introduce himself and welcome me to the clinic even though he was not the one doing my consult. You can really tell that everyone at this clinic genuinely cares about your health. I am beyond impressed.
