The Jewelry Link took my vision of how I wanted to update my engagement ring and made it a reality. Craig was helpful from start to finish.

Craig is very knowledgeable and is my go to jeweler. He has created timeless pieces of jeweler for me that I wear everyday. He even repurposed heirloom earrings into a bracelet that I absolutely love! I highly recommend his store.

Had my engagement ring resized here great service had it done in a few hours, good price, even polished it up and made my ring look all shiny and new again! Also a bonus cute dogs they have hanging out at the shop! Happy to have my ring finally fit right. Will definitely be returning here.

Outstanding custom design work! Very happy with alterations I requested by adding gemstones, resizing and updating, but still keeping a classic beautiful and unique design! Eric is an experienced jeweler who has the necessary talent and skill to take your vision and turn it into a stunning one-of-a kind jewelry piece! The Jewelry Link was so quick and so helpful! I broke my necklace this morning and was going to take it the manufacturers store to have it repaired, but when I called they told me it was going to be 2 weeks before I got my necklace back. Instead I googled “jewelry repair near me” and The Jewelry Link popped up first with glowing reviews. I rushed over and they took my necklace right away and I was in and out so quickly! Will 100% recommend and come back!

Incompetent and overpriced. DO NOT let them touch any jewelry that you have sentimental attachment to. They charged $900 (after initially saying a few hundred $) to reset my engagement ring setting and returned it crooked and scratched. Then scratched it again after fixing their initial scratch. I won't embarrass them by posting the crooked setting botch job they initially handed me, because they straightened it. Had a simple watch band replaced on a old Longine watch. He friggen put a 18mm band on a 16mm watch!!!!

Brought a necklace to be repaired. Work looked like it was done by a gradeschooler. Overpriced and had to get the piece redone. Avoid this place for repairs.
