I was referred to Darryl Holland by my realtor. His office went above and beyond to make sure my closing was smooth and on-time. Anytime I had questions (and I had a lot!) it was very easy to get a hold of someone. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the entire process, even explaining things to me that I was not aware of as a new SC resident. Overall I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

We are the sellers of a property and had a real estate closing (buyer's attorney) at this law office. The attorney was not friendly and seemed put out to be handling this transaction. He was supposed to wire the funds, but kept urging us not to do it and was pretty unfriendly about us wanting the proceeds funds wired to us rather than to have a check given to us. Our real estate agent said they haven't used him in years and I understand why. The office was not very clean and looked disorganized. Would steer clear of this attorney. Doesn't seem very competent. J. Darryl Holland and his staff are amazing. As a Realtor I have many choices, but when I get a voice in the decision, my choice is always J. Darryl Holland. The Para-Legal; Amy Ervin answers every questions thoroughly and quickly and Chris Alderson who is also a closing attorney for this office is fantastic! My clients feel at home and comfortable and the closings are easy and fun. I have never had a closing fall through when I have worked with this group. Another plus for Realtors is that every process/step is on a private website so you know what needs to be done to get to the closing table
