I have been using NXL for almost 8 years now, and have never had a complaint. Everyone I have dealt with has always been very kind and pleasant. They have always been very helpful and informative. Any time there is an issue with a pickup or delivery, they quick to get in touch with me and get it rectified. I would highly recommend them!

I have known several of the people from NXL for many years now, and have nothing but nice things to say about each and every one of them. Easy to work with and personable as well. The business end has always been smooth. If we have any issues we call and receive prompt service right away. We have been notified ahead of time about any issues they have when a driver runs into trouble or downtime which is a bonus when someone from out facility is tracking a particular item. Overall I recommend them for their consistency in service.

I have been working with NXL for a year and a half. We have only had a couple of issues with them in the beginning but they were easily worked out and handled professionally. The last year had been excellent. We are always notified if a driver is going to be later than their scheduled appointment time and they are very understanding if the late driver has to wait to be squeezed in for unloading.

I have been working with the NXL team for several years now and have experienced nothing but professional results from this company. Customer service is very important to me and I have received top notch performances from them in everything that our relationship deals with. From start to finish they continually keep track of my shipments and are always working with my end customers to insure that transportation and deliver are handled as smoothly as possible. Their pricing is very competitive with other broker services and they listen when I say sometimes the price is too high.

I have been working with NXL for quite some time now and thus far, they are always dependable, reliable and especially courteous, from the manager to the brokers to the customer service agents. I can always expect a quick response and no hassle when it comes to this company. I have always booked loads through Angelique and she is always pleasant, honest, and have always kept me updated with loads that I used to haul for them on a particular lane. After writing this review, one word to describe this company and Angelique is, "AWESOME."

GREAT SERVICE AND LOW RATES!! We have been using NXL for a few years now and our experience has been wonderful. We started using them when we had problems with other freight companies pricing and reliability. The team at NXL is extremely helpful and the reliability is second to none. This type of service usually comes at a premium but with NXL we received excellent service while saving money on shipping.
