Sigma Integrale
Sigma Integrale is a technology, research and development company for the automotive and truck markets. As a technology company, we are continuously investing in new technologies to improve the level of service and experience for our diverse clients. Initially, Sigma's patented motion vehicle technology allowed for the suspension system of a real vehicle to move according to driving inputs experienced in a simulated virtual environment.

Our technology has been successfully implemented and used around the world in everything from go-karts, economy cars, sedans, sports cars, trucks and more recently big rig semi-trucks. Sigma does full system integration from the re-engineering suspension components, gauges, controls, various visual displays, sound and choosing the correct immersive technologies to implement in its projects.
Services
Sigma develops and builds professional motion systems for various consumer and industrial applications. Our systems are entirely designed, engineered and manufactured from our headquarters located in California, USA. Our complete in-house manufacturing approach allows us to fully optimize our products and processes, and make continual iterative product updates.
Our unique algorithm approach requires accurate tuning to ensure optimal and accurate motion response to signals generated by the software. All motion layers happen in real-time within health and safety limitations. Initial customers get their choice and preference of titles to be added. Utilizes the largest American-made ball screw and nut in the industry for maximum durability.
Sigma Integrale started by developing and building the world's first full-motion simulator using a real production vehicle. The technology is completely hidden from the outside and seamlessly integrated. Using Sigma's patented motion system, virtually any car can be made into a simulator of your choice.
Here you will find some high brow discussions on motion theory, common conceptions and misconception. And hopefully educational material on mechanical engineering, electrical systems, motion algorithms, signal processing, tuning and installation. Howard Lin, head of engineering at Sigma Integrale discusses some of the mechanical properties of actuators and their lifting capabilities.
Corner balancing your 4-actuator motion system is very important - it will help optimize the performance of your motion as well as ensure maximum longevity of your actuators. After some driving, simply place your hands on the rear actuator motors - they should feel pretty equal in temperature. If one is significantly hotter than the other, balancing should be performed.
