Avril Bleh & Sons Meat Market has been a Cincinnati staple since 1894, when Anton Avril first opened its doors. It passed from father to son until 1998, when Len Bleh bought the shop, adding his own name and offspring to the family owned legacy. We are one of the few independently owned and operated Federally inspected processing facilities in Greater Cincinnati.

For over 125 years Avril-Bleh & Sons have been creating fresh sausage products in Cincinnati. We offer over 30 different types of hot dogs, metts and sausages. Avril-Bleh is a Federally Certified and inspected meat processing facility. We use premium cuts of locally sourced meats in all of our sausage creations.

Here at Avril Bleh we know a thing or two about the meat business. For over 100 years we've been providing our customers with the best quality meats found anywhere in the City. We are a State and Federally certified processing facility. The majority of our meat products are Gluten free and contain no Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), no fillers, no food color enhancers or preservatives.

There's nothing quite like the taste of slow smoked meat. Avril Bleh now provides our customers and restaurant partners with the ability to have your meats slow smoked in our custom smoker. Whether it be sausages, turkey or pork, we can now smoke your favorite cuts of meat and give the already fabulous flavor another dimension of goodness.

Avril Bleh & Sons Meat Market & Deli carries Gerber's Amish Farm Chicken which are raised without antibiotics throughout their life. They receive no antibiotics and no growth hormones in the feed, the water or even the egg. Avril Bleh offers whole chickens, quartered chickens, smoked chicken, chicken legs, chicken wings and boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
