Each member of the Behr's Homecare team was outstanding! Michelle and all the women who took care of my mother were respectful of my Mom's needs and preferences, while maintaining high standards of care. Michelle was also quick to react as Mom's heath situation declined by providing additional staff with little lead time, and ensuring that each new team member met Mom and the family ahead of time in order to learn the routine and get to know us. We are so grateful to Michelle and her team for providing extraordinary service to Mom and our family!

We contacted Behr Home Care after another agency dropped the ball - promising services that they did not have the staff to provide. Within a week they were covering all the hours that the other agency could not. Their people were all excellent - my dad loved them all. Michelle (owner) was also available to help with decisions we had to make about future care after a hospital visit. Since Behr is not part of a residential home I could trust that the recommendations I received were not clouded by institution loyalty. I would wholeheartedly recommend Behr to anyone.

I am grateful and thankful for the wonderful care provided by Behr. In particular the management by Michele Borellino and care provider Jenee were outstanding. I always felt my mother was in good hands and the total staff showed patience and understanding during the ups and downs of my Mom's condition. Most important they were they until the very end and for that I am so thankful. I would highly recommend using their service.

Recently we utilized Behr’s Homecare for assistance for our elderly mother. Although mom did not feel that she needed assistance, she quickly accepted and acclimated to their staff. This is really a tribute to them.
We found that Michelle and her staff were wonderful and took exceptional care of our mother. We really could not have asked for more. We have since moved our mother to a Memory Care facility out of state.
Behr’s provided our family with the level of assistance that we needed for our mother as we evaluated her long term needs. We will be forever grateful for there exceptional assistance

Michelle and team provided excellent care for our Mom over several years. My brother lives in the Syracuse area and I live in Dallas/Fort Worth Texas and Mom lived in New Hartford until her passing in September last year. The Behr's team were like family to Mom, and to my brother and I. They all truly cared for Mom, who sometimes could be a challenge.
