I called Door Quest with a minor problem with my garage door and they came within a matter of one hour! They were reasonably priced and even gave me a discount on the price they quoted over the phone. Sam was very professional and explained what caused the problem and made suggestions to keep my garage door and opener running efficiently. No sales pressure at all. Mike was here within a little over an hour of my call. I thought I needed a new door. He advised me my door was in good shape & insulated & my garage door opener was a good brand & in good shape. He replaced the parts needed & discussed, then cleaned up. He explained everything before hand. He then went over everything he did.. Mike was pleasant & professional & knowledgeable. Absolutely the fastest, most efficient professional help you could imagine. One half hour after I called in a request for repair to a broken spring on my residential overhead garage door, Technician Mike arrived ready to roll. He inspected both doors, clearly explained the repairs to be done, and informed me of proper maintenance for both doors. Repairs were completed in a half hour for a very reasonable price.
