Got a window pane replaced because the home inspector said it needed to be because it was fogging up.... So we got it replaced but now we are left with a window that is not usable because the frame is bowing out. I was told it looks like someone pulled too hard on it.. this has been like this ever since they installed it! They are the cause of it. Shoddy service, wouldn't recommend!

A few winters ago, there was one day where it was unseasonably warm with temperatures plunging by more than 40 degrees that night as it returned to seasonable temperatures. As a result, the air in between both panes of glass in the decorative half-circle window above our kitchen sink contracted to the point that the inside pane shattered.
Glass Castle was recommended to us by Bellari Home Remodeling for the glass replacement service, and we called them up to discuss the problem. The process was smooth: we sent them pictures with the initial contact; they sent someone out to take accurate measurements

My experience with this company has been horrible! They repeatedly have taken my deposit ..and not come back for 2 to 3 months after the date they said they would return. I had to make several calls ...before they finally came back. I was rudely spoke to and hung up on by a guy named Chrissy. My time and money was not worth the aggravation I had every time i dealt with them. Has to be a better alternative out there. Bye bye Glass Castle.

Quality service, knowledgeable and fairly priced A sliding glass terrace door broke and replacing it, according to the manufacturer, was several thousand dollars requiring a whole new unit...Glass Castle replaced just the glass panel for a few hundred dollars...as good as new. Same story with my living room bay window. They had a pro come out to take exacting measurements, ordered the windows, confirmed the price and a team came to remove the old and install the new. I was skeptical and have now used them three times, they know their business.

Since it is the labor day weekend I called ahead to make sure they were open. The recording said they were with other customers and the hours said they were open on Saturday till 4:00. I drive there and there is a sign on the door that they are closed Sat Sun and Monday. It isn't easy to get to and I was annoyed. Been there many times and the work they do is good, but they need to get the internet and answering machine in sync with reality.

Over the years, we've had two frameless glass showers installed, purchased seeded glass inserts for kitchen cabinets, had a skylight replaced under warranty, and purchased glass tops for a few tables. The staff and crew have been nothing but professional, courteous, on time, and everything has been to our liking. Highly recommend.

Glass Castle installed the showers doors and mirrors in our new home in 2016, and the work was well done. Recently we encountered a problem with the rubber stripping at the bottom of the master bathroom shower door peeling off. Though the work Glass Castle did for us was out of warranty, they quickly scheduled a visit to come fix it, and at no charge. Integrity in business is somewhat of a lost art for most companies. Glass Castle has great integrity and does very fine work. I definitely recommend them for any of the services they provide.

What a joke, they turned up without the right pattern to do the measurement even though they were informed multiple times. He then left saying the office will call back. Wife is mad as hell because she had to rearrange her day for this. Will update the review if they ever call back to reschedule and do the work.
