The inspection report is completed on site, ready to read and to be reviewed with the inspector at the conclusion of the scheduled inspection. If you cannot be present on the day of the inspection, the inspection report will be sent to you electronically on the same day the inspection is performed.

My Insurance agent asked me for an updated Wind Mitigation and 4PT Inspection. I was referred to Panther from my neighbor. I called and scheduled the appt. they came the next week and was done. The inspector was very professional, courteous and took time to explain everything and answered all my questions. It was a very simple, easy service transaction. We hired Panther to inspect a home we are in the process of buying in SWFL. We ordered 3 reports: home inspection, wind mitigation, wood destroying organism. These are really nice people, very responsive and easy to work with. The reports they provided were fantastic. They went into great detail, describing what they found, taking plenty of photos and making recommendations. The photos were specifically helpful as they added red, circular graphics to identify issues. I would recommend them to anyone and if I need another inspection I will definitely call them again.

I have loved Panther since 2016 when we bought our first home! They are very detail oriented and know their stuff when it comes to the biggest purchase you are making. Jim the owner is such a nice guy and really cares about his customers. We are currently buying another home and used them again. The process was just as good or even better then the first time we used them. Don’t sleep on this company they are the best!

The owner Jim was very responsive and helpful in explaining what inspections should be done, and even giving advice on inspections he recommended doing outside the scope of his work. The inspector Todd did a great job explaining things and his assessment of the house.
