Our inspector Jo started out by explaining his amazing credentials, answered all of questions in a forthright and pleasant manner. He reassured us that his inspection was hands on especially the roof and attic. He wore shoe coverings and had a very pleasant and pleasing demeanor. My wife and I immediately felt at ease and had tremendous confidence in the inspection he was going to perform.

Only reason I didn't choose five stars was because it took a little longer to get the report finalized and to the insurance company. Independence holiday caused some of that delay. Other than that everything was fine. Joe is a professional and is very friendly.

Joe Bernier was the representative for InspecPRO that came to our residence. He was very professional and went through our home with a fine tooth comb. Joe Bernier was extremely thorough for our new home inspection. He was extremely professional and explained things for everyone to understand. His report was very detailed with many photos and explanations and was received within a 24 hour time period. You could tell he is very knowledgeable with everything home and inspection related and enjoys his job.
