Junk Rats...Do not use this company!!! Mike and Bruno came to my house. I told mike all this junk needs to go how much. He gave me a price. He never said only what we can fit into one truck load. They filled a truck load and said if I wanted to get the rest cleaned I had to call and make another appointment. They also left a big mess and didn't bother cleaning up. Do not use this company. When I called the office all they told me is sorry and that's how we do business.. so I tell you I need this all removed you give me a price and then leave and tell me to call and pay for another

1-844-JUNK-RAT just finished hauling a couch and love seat from my home and I must say, this company is phenomenal! First of all, when I did the scheduling with Nyjal, he had a fantastic attitude and a great personality. He also let me negotiate until we found a price we both agreed on. Nick and Santos were the men who removed my couches and they were both so nice and helpful! What lovely people who work for this company! I highly recommend them if you need something removed from your home.

Would never call them again!! Postponed us twice, then didn't show up when they said they would. Missed their one call, and when I called back a few minutes later they said they had driven by the house and no one was there which was a blatant lie! I had been there the whole time. Needing to finish before a final move-out deadline, they put me in a real bind late of a Saturday afternoon.

Thank you JUNK RATS! From the moment I talked to Dina to arrange pick up she was so professional and polite. I had a window for pickup from 4-6 and Danilo called and was polite and professional and thank you Justin, both gentleman were a great team and fast about putting the Junk in that truck. I forgot to mention I was desperate because I had another company whom I won't mention and never showed up or called. So I had a neighbor mention JUNK RATS. Dina made it really easy for me and understood. Thank you will be definitely be using this company again.

Robbie came to give me an estimate. He was punctual, professional and very personable. He assured me everything would be taken care of. I had a major 3 family house to clean out and the tenants left everything!! The apartments were filled with junk in every corner of their apartments. He helped me close up the building before he left without my having to ask him and I hadn't even committed to the job yet. They worked around my schedule and cleaned the place out. Debbie and junior were wonderful as well and answered all my questions. It was a massive job but they all worked very long and hard

I called them and they were pleasant and very responsive. They showed up within 90 minutes. The issue was they wanted 459 to haul away what I had. Most of the trash was at the curb other than a mini refrigerator and a treadmill. Joe Junk hauled away everything at the curb. They did not have to take the treadmill. Joe junk charged under 200 including tax. Too expensive.

I recently used Junk Rat on two occasions that yielded four full truck loads. On each visit the crew of two men were prompt, courteous, professional and ready to work. They removed every single item that I asked them to remove. During the removals they explained in detail the pricing so that I knew whether to continue with the process. On the second job they removed everything from an entire house. Again, they were prompt, courteous and eager to work. The two young men worked hard, efficiently and steady on some very hot days. They were very discrete in this case where there was a hoard of items

I had a few pallets of excess food production materials that I needed disposed. And Junk Rat helped us out. Was very happy to find them. So, Junk Rat is not only for residential junk removal. Their trucks are dock height and if you ask, they may be able to help you with your business dump removal at a fraction of the cost you might pay by hiring a carrier to pick it up and then take it to the dump and pay disposal fees. Junk Rats' rate is all inclusive, which is nice because you don't have to worry about charges after the fact. The dump fee is included and the transport is included

Used this service to downsize my home before a move. Prompt response and the guys showed up on time and ready to work! 2 hours to fill the entire truck! Junior and his co-worker were hard working and very pleasant. Have scheduled another visit to finish 20 years of accumulated junk! They also have a cleaning service when you are all moved out. Great experience. Great prices. And wonderful crew. When you call ask for junior to come do your disposal. He's great! 5 Star job!

In the middle of the process as I type. So far so good. Very professional. Did give us a weird reaction to the flammable stuff. But I get it, it makes sense. He was just a little abrasive. Overall they took what fit. Left what didn't. Was careful not to touch my car in the basement. Secured my garage doors.
After the left, they explained how it works and how they do things, Steve & Junior I believe. Very good men. Did the job (which was pretty big and GROSS) very quickly even with small conversations inbetween. Definitely recommend and will definitely use again.
