Ah I feel so relieved! I had finally cleaned out all the junk from my garage + shed! The next task was finding a way to get it to a junk yard - I thought about just renting a trash bin but I went ahead and just searched online for junk removal. SO GLAD I WENT WITH JOE! This company is outstanding! I contacted them Monday and they got back to me ASAP! As I type this Conner and Gordon are finishing loading up the truck! Very polite, professional, prompt( called to say they can be here earlier)They were very careful as to not bang up walls and when they weren't sure about something they asked. I made a mistake and told them to take something and when hubby got home he realized it was on the truck and wasn't for the trash. They were both so nice about it even though they had to take a couch out again to retrieve the item! I can not recommend them enough

Great service, had them haul a bunch of loose and disassembled items. Price was comparable to Bagster *EXCEPT* the crew also came inside to break down an old sofa and bring it up from the basement. Fast replies from the owner on Yelp and pretty quick scheduling. Definitely get a quote before you buy the big bag.

As the representative for the estate of a relative, I contacted Ken from out of state to get information regarding their services and pricing. He provided an estimate and was available for any questions I had. He was extremely responsive and professional and even graciously accommodated a necessary, last minute change in schedule due to the municipality paving the street. The day of, they communicated very well to let me know the timeline, were extremely kind and professional, and removed my furniture very quickly. They even asked about parking to be courteous to my neighbors and not get me in trouble (we live in an apartment). Both guys wore masks and gloves without being asked, and were very careful.

Very professional. On time arrival. Removed 2 trucks worth of junk including several large, heavy items, that had to be taken down stairs from house and upstairs from basement. No damage to walls or floors. Good price too. More amazingly, they did it the whole job in only 90 minutes!

Joe Junk just got done taking some old couches and old grill out of my apartment. They were worth every penny. Cheaper than other trash services and very professional. I called to make an appointment after my parents used them. They were flexible with scheduling and reconfirmed later in the week. The guys showed up 15 minutes early (a rarity with any home service nowadays) and were in and out in 20 minutes. I couldn’t be more pleased with a service. I called Joe Junk yesterday and they had me scheduled for this morning at 9am. The guys, Adam and Calvin, were extremely professional and came right on time. They gave me a no obligation quote, which was very fair. I accepted and they immediately went to work. I had told them my wife is teaching virtually, and my kids were learning virtually, and they kept the noise to a minimum. They were very considerate .
