Services
Amber Wilkinson, FNP graduated from East Tennessee State University's Nursing Program in 2000. She worked in the Emergency Department at Johnson City Medical Center as a registered nurse from 2000-2006 at which time she completed her Master's degree in Nursing at ETSU and received her certification as a family nurse practitioner.
Our office accepts walk-ins and offers same day appointments whenever possible for patients with an injury or illness. We offer annual well child check-ups and tenncare physicals for patients from age 3-21. Please note that these should be scheduled shortly after birthdays as there are different exam requirements based on age.

I have been going to Boones Creek Medical for years,Amber is the best I will not see anyone else,her team truly cares about you and your health if I have a problem she gets to the bottom of it.I have appointment time I am in within 10.minutes of getting there.her team will call me and check on me if I am sick.great people great place.

I have never had a Dr or Nurse Practitionet give me their full attention to the degree "Dr Beth" did. Shes very experienced with 10 years ER experience, and after listening carefully she figured out what meds I needed to feel better.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was only a patient about a year and it was one bad experience after another. My first visit I seen Beth because I had suddenly became paralyzed in my left arm . Because I had been in pain management more than 5 years she wanted nothing to do with finding out why and told me to go to them even though they only manage pain not diagnose it. Turns out there was mass effect on nerve root at c4_-c6..My family had been going there for 5 years and really liked it so I stayed giving her another chance . I started having stomach pain and felt a huge knot ,baseball size
