10 stars 🌟 I would give Dr.O today for being able to work my son in , I had to pick him up from school for a temp being a 100 and I was told that until his fever broke he couldn’t return to school , we left the school which is 15 mins away from Dr.O and he didn’t have a fever at all and is able to return to school tomorrow, Great staff from working the front (Lori) to the nurse I’m not sure of the name , but we was in and out we had to wait a little bit but it was great that she was able to see my son that she worked in . Thanks Dr.O and staff for your all’s hard work. God Bless each

Great doctor. She makes you feel very comfortable and pays a lot more attention than most doctors. Due to covid 19 I hadn't seen her for more than a year. She had actually read my chart before I arrived and remembered my conditions and other things I had told her. I personally have never had to wait more than 20 minutes. I would recommend her.

Don't have any plans for the rest of the day because you're going to wait for hours at the least for your "scheduled" appointment. Bring a book. Maybe a sleeping bag.
EDIT: Two hours past the appointment time the doc swoops in for a few minutes and is gone. Give me a break. At the least your staff could have said that the wait is long or offer to reschedule. What held things up isn't the issue. How stupidly disorganized your office seems to be is the issue. But hey, as long as you guys can charge our insurance, who cares right?! Freaking joke.

I called Lori 2 weeks ago because a prescription given to me for a cough that did not work, and I needed to know if they can send a script in or if I need to come back. I gave her a specific number to call me back on that day. Finally I call back today and she did not take the number down or remember talking to me. This lady does not pay attention, and it’s not the first time I’ve been disregarded by her so please somebody mail me a copy of my records so I can go somewhere else.

Not impressed. This doctor doesn't listen to her patient or provide the standard of care. She is incompetent of being a doctor and unprofessional. She doesn't listen to her patient and being a stroke patient with recent surgery and current blockages. And legit health matters.

We asked for an RFC form which the doctor contradicted her own words, he exaggerated his conditions yet believe them to be real. Huh? We filed a complaint because its apparent this doctor is only good for writing prescriptions not looking into his entire medical conditions or records

We are new to the area and looking for a family physician. Our appointment was at 3pm ...an hr after watching ppl who came in after us go back, we asked the front desk how much longer she said she didnt know and those people were walk ins (sick )so apparently appointments are not priority. After being tired of waiting and dealing with my impatient fussy 3 year old we gave up. No apology no explanation (we had to ask them) it was unprofessional, it was inconsiderate and we won't be coming back.
