Angel Coco is the person I spoke to today. She was friendly, responsive and went out of her way to clarify an situation that has had me frustrated for a few months. My last two phone calls to two different agents were most disheartening and unsatisfactory which led to the present situation. Angel spent most of her day researching and found an answer. I do so appreciate customer service such as she provided. I am relieved and satisfied.
