After going to different doctors and them telling me nothing was wrong with me I was sent here by my boss ( my condition was noticeable to those around me but no doctor) When I arrived I was greeted by the front desk. We chatted while I filled out paperwork. ( Such a nice lady) . I was then brought back to meet with the doctor. I showed him my blood results and he confirmed with I had been feeling was hashimoto disease. He provided me with an abundance of information and medication. I would recommend . I went to the Holistique Med Spa & Wellness Center to get Botox injections. Steven took his time and did just what I asked. The results were perfect and have lasted four months so far. The pricing was excellent, much better than my dermatologist that I went to prior. The quality of the Botox was definitely better too. The results could be seen within hours, not days. I will be going back for sure.

I can not say enough about Amy, Derick, Ariel and Holistique! I have finally taken on the challenge of skincare and all 3 have spent extended time with me answering all of my questions. I have stopped in without an appointment and they have come out to speak with me at length. I have had a handful of services with Ariel and am looking forward to my laser treatment with Derick. The staff at Holistique is very professional and caring. Derek and his team try hard to deliver the best treatment for your dollar. Friendly and helpful, they always are wearing a genuine smile.
There was some confusion with scheduling appointments and a lack of communication at first, but they worked out the kinks.

Love the staff! They offer amazing wellness services in addition to their awesome medspa. I felt comfortable the moment I walked in the door. They are offering some REALLY progressive medical/wellness services by a top notch staff all for very affordable price. Both my husband and I plan on being regular patients and we are already seeing results! I'm very impressed with this practice! You will not be disappointed! Go see them!

Derrick and his staff are true professionals. Derrick is the most knowledgeable and skilled medical professional I have ever known. He truly listens to you and then recommends a treatment/therapy. He does not use a cookie cutter approach like many doctors. I would’ve given more than 5 stars if possible and I recommend him and his staff for your all your needs.

Absolutely fantastic place!! I love Amy and Derrick, I fly from Texas to get my Botox done. I recently started the RF needling and the results are better than I could have hoped. Amy and Derrick always makes sure I can get a appointment because they know I come along way. They’re very knowledgeable! When I tell them what I’m trying to accomplish they know exactly what treatment will work. I plan on doing the PRP as well. I’m really working hard at staying young. It helps having a great support team with this daily fight. Thank you guys for everything!!!

I joined my husband in every visit that he attended. Derrick is one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met when it comes to treating the body holistically! The procedure that I received solved the issue as expected, and provided other benefits as well! Derrick explained the procedure thoroughly so I was not met with any surprises during the procedure. Easily the best experience that I have ever had with a medical establishment! I came from SC to Gainesville to have the Gainswave treatment. Derrick thoroughly explained the treatment and then proceeded to go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. He also provided great help in terms of knowledge for me to further manage my diabetes and get the most out of the treatment that I received.
While there, my wife also discussed a treatment option for her and subsequently had the procedure done. The outcome was very positive and she is extremely pleased.
