Hi - I bought a 12 zone timer to replace my current failed timer. After connecting to the system the timer will run one zone for 30seconds then shut off. No other zones run. All zones operate the same. The zone runs fir 30 sec the returns to the start and doesn’t advance.
Orbit sent a replacement timer. It runs zone 1 only for 30 sec. no other zone operates.
Orbit will send another timer or refund 0.81 cents to me. Id like a timer that works or my money back. Sine I have two timers that failed I don’t have much faith in orbit.
I asked for the escalation process and didn’t get a real answer

Low quality products that fail with less than a year of operation, low quality customer support that ignores you, a warranty replacement system that sends you an amazon "gift card" worth $0. A support phone number that sends you in circles to get you no solution.
I will never buy an orbit product again, and suggest you go to a real irrigation store to get a quality product instead.

After a year of dealing with Orbit tech support I have found this system is a piece of junk. I purchased all the pieces to create the high pressure system at my house including the pump, filter, extra lines and connectors and I could not get the system to work properly. Because of the long delays from Orbit to send me replacement parts, I could no longer get a refund through the resellers here on Amazon nor will Orbit send me a refund because I bought it on Amazon. Now I’m stuck with over $340 of worthless parts and no misting system.

I am glad I only use Orbit! I made a warranty claim on two 1" valves (57467) at the beginning of the week and in a few days I got the replacements. I thought it would take long because of some past issues and because I am also in Canada. They have a fulfillment centre here with Borderline and it couldn't have worked out any better!

I have installed many home features that require network connecting. Orbit's team has set up the B-hyve system to quickly connect and update the Firmware. Next it connected to the home network and reported ready. Well done. It takes a top notch software team to make it happen that easy. If only all networked devices installed that well and easily. Good job

I needed help pairing the Smart WiFi Hose Faucet Timer, so I turned to Orbit, they gave me instructions, I still had a little problem with the hub and sent another message to Orbit, after they instructed me how to do it, then the device and the hub got paired! I had an Orbit timer before and I was very satisfied with it, I had it connected to drip irrigation, but now I want to set 2 zones, one for the vegetable garden, one for fruit trees. Eventually I’ll install a third one for containers. I love that I can control it from my phone or tablet. Great customer service and great products!

Had as issue with my sprinkler timer not staying connected to the internet. I emailed customer support and received excellent prompt service. The tech was able to push a firmware update to my device that was in a home an hour away from me. Thank you Orbit!

I purchased the BHyve 12 zone unit. After working with customer service on installation issues they were going to send me a replacement product. I was able to troubleshoot and figure out the install issue was my error. The unit works great, I would highly recommend it. It is also much less costly than some competitive units. The fact they were quickly willing to replace the unit was appreciated, but I did let them know it was not necessary. Great customer service and response times. You won't be sorry getting this unit.

One of my two watering systems is from Orbit and I'm researching using one online system to simplify operation. Orbit offered a 10% Coupon on their page, but it would not print. I contacted Customer Service and they immediately sent me an apology with a Code to use for a purchase. Frankly, it would not have surprised me to have been ignored, but it's good to know they actually have a real Customer Service Dept, that does its job. My bet is that quality follows though the rest of Orbit. I am not wasting my time with other systems for my project and will trust Orbit can handle my current needs.
