The guy came out once to evaluate the situation at my mom’s house. After this initial visit, they never returned multiple calls to set up the appointment to do the work. We called and left at least four voicemail messages over a 3-4 week period and never got a return call. We know we were calling the correct number. Very disappointing and very unprofessional.

We moved into a new house late in the season and were unable to locate our sprinkler shut off valve. I called multiple irrigation companies who either never called back or told me they were closed for the season. Tim called back promptly and graciously let me know he could make time the following day to come help me out, because he didn't want us to experience any damage from freezing pipes. He was so kind and it was so appreciated. We will definitely be using him for any future sprinkler needs.
