I was referred to Wes by a friend and I couldn't have been happier. I was a first time home buyer, single mom, full-time director and no idea what I was doing buying a home... let alone anything about home owner's insurance. I sent inquiries out to 3 different insurance shops asking for a quote on my house and car insurance. Wes responded within 24 hours, and said he was always available via his cell phone (which he provided). He saved me hundreds of dollars in premium while increasing the benefits provided to us. Followed up phone conversations with e-mails and whenever we made a decision about changing coverage, followed up with an adjusted illustration. Couldn't say enough good things about Wes. First of all, Weston was the first Agent to call me back and actually listened to my story. He immediate replied by saying, let me see what I can do for you by my first name. He was extremely attentive, courteous, empathetic and genuinely concerned that I could do better with insurance. After seeing the financial savings of not just a few dollars Weston Mock saves me hundreds of dollars to over a thousand.
