Consigning with this company is a joke. they put very little effort in listing your items ..,,,maybe 2 pictures of an item if you are lucky. such basic descriptions that will not even state what the item is fully or sellers description regarding its condition! certainly deserve better for 25% of the sale price.

I needed to downsize and sell off all my treasures of the decades which I did not need, did not want, did not want to move, did not want to store and certainly did not want to fiddle around with selling online or on, gasp! marketplace or something! Plus then I would have probably kept half of it in the misguided thinking that I actually needed that thingamajig that I had to have 15 years ago and hadn't touched for oh well a decade or so! I called Greg up and said what do I do? and he said simple, take what you want and just leave the rest right where it’s at and we'll take it from there! Now

I just completed the auction of my business inventory and equipment and the experience was truly excellent!! The process was very efficient and smooth. The communication was clear and responsive. They were so thorough and helpful during the catalog, inspection and pick-up process. I never could have done this without their help. I was also very pleased with the result (and my garage is cleared of all that stuff...aka, treasures!)

I cannot say enough how much I appreciate Greg, Jason, Paul and all of the Auction Masters team! I owned and operated a small business for 9 years and was forced to make the decision to close my business because of Covid's restrictions on large scale events as that devastated my income potential. I reached out to 4 different auction houses when I was notified that the space I had been leasing was rented and I had less than a month to complete the process from start to finish. I've been buying from them for over 6 years. As much as I like them, there are major, inexcusable flaws which they are not fixing.
1. The website is glitchy to no end. It will say I won something, then 10 minutes after closing it changes the state to being outbid.
2. The Watch option is so broken it virtually doesn't exist.
3. Horrible interface, like it was designed in 2001. And many small bugs.
4. Lots get routinely stolen. They will refund it, but not even apologize.
5. When they gather the lots you won, regularly they will forget to give something. Then they will say "I swore I have it

To know Auction Masters is to love Auction Master and this is very important. Auction Masters is an auction house that runs almost all of their auctions online. They are strict with their rules but they are also very clear with their rules. The issues that people have with them is when people decide that they should not have to abide by the rules. The pick up dates are always clearly stated, the inspection dates are clearly stated (always inspect so that you know the condition). I have both purchased and sold with Auction Masters and have never had issues. For new buyers they do have a buying tutorial

One of the items I bought was "Stolen" and not available for pick up.
I bid, show up, pay cash, do everything properly and they can not take the simple step of securing the items they have sold.
They did not make this right for the customer. My time and diesel driving was based on expectation they would deliver the products displayed. They did not. I wasted my time and diesel doing business with this company.
The other items were as displayed, including the ones I bought to go with the item they bait and switched me with. Not impressed overall.

Have been buying from Auction Masters for years. Bidding experience is great. Inspection process is recommended; they allow you plenty of time for inspecting items (inspection location/dates/times are clearly posted on the website listings) They have been very accommodating when larger lots have been purchased as far as load out times. They have a wide-range of merchandise with much variety. generally pleased with quality. found the management to be unfriendly with poor business manners. several people picked up merchandise for me and found the staff unfriendly. i have unfortunately quit doing business with them. i will miss the merchandise.

The warehouse in Osseo doesn't look like much from the outside. But the inside is very organized on shelves with items numbered in order for quick reference.

Picked up some stuff for a friend and was oddly surprised bc I anticipated this would be a sketchy place/situation/ppl and it was not. While the pickup was not nearby (Ramsey, MN), I found it to be a clean transaction and was really impressed with what he got. For example, 4 lamps that I found on Amazon/Overstock for about $300--my friend paid $40 and they were brand new/in package.
They do take cards but they add 3% on for that. If you want to pay with a check, you'll need to get it preapproved with them. So, just bring cash.

Purchased a freezer that was described as working, runs and cools down. When I picked it up I noticed that it didn't have a door seal so I asked for my money back but without any luck.
I had a repair guy look at it and the compressor it also junk. It runs but does not cool at all!
It is almost like being scammed out of $500 and then paying to get rid of it becuase it has no value.

Not very happy with my experience. The bidding process was easy and they do a nice job with their web site. I was disappointed when I went to pick up my item. The item I won was gone and I was given a different item that did match exactly my original item. When I inquired about an item that was closer to my originsl item and asked what the process wasif that one wasn't picked up (it was near the end of the day) the person collecting the paymemts wouldn't give me a possible option, in fact she didn't even attempt an apology. Contrary to others' reviews, this is actually a very honest business, and I have had many years of positive experiences here. They have been in business for over 30 years and have a very loyal following.
What the other reviewers don't seem to understand is that this is an AUCTION company. It's not Target. Every single auction has an inspection time for you to come in and view all of the items before you bid. Larry M. stated that you have to pay for the items before you see them; he is incorrect. What a garbage dump. I don't know why all the reviews are "currently not recommended". We all agree on what a rip off this place is. Sharon is the rudest person I've ever had the displeasure of working with. I told her I would be 15 minutes late, and she started screaming at me on the phone. When I got there, she was treating the employees even worse. We were left to our own devices to try and sift through piles of junk to find the bookcase we bought, and when we found it we couldn't believe the horrible condition it was in--nothing like the picture.

BUYER BEWARE!! This auction house owned by Sharon is one of the shadiest ones I have come across. They take pictures of new boxes and do not tell you that some boxes do not contain complete products. Just picked up two blenders, both of which were obviously returned items - one blender has missing parts from box. Also, bought two sets of sheets as one item. They looked new, however, when opened, was missing the flat sheet on one. So I have 1 1/2 sets of sheets. When I complained, Sharon said you have to inspect - they don't. However, the pictures they take look like it's new.

Been buying all over US for over 6 years. Auction Masters advertised an online auction, "Mall of America". I registered online to bid and spent days researching. No emails came through about my registration. Auction closes today, 1/28. I wasn't able to log on to website, message says to call Administrator. Spent 30 min trying to reach Sharon, which I finally was able to. She did everything to discourage me from bidding since I'm in Florida from how am I to pick up the goods, how I will pick up goods, and how I will pick up

Bought a chair and a rug at their NEW office and household auction. The base of the chair was broken to where the chair was clearly crooked. When looking at the picture they posted they posed the chair at an angle that you couldn't seen that it was broken.
You have to pay for the items before you see them and I was stuck. When I complained, Sharon told me that I should have did an inspection before I bid on it. When I replied that the items were listed as new, she said the policy is "Buyer Beware".
My advice, Be Aware of this rip off and stay away!
