Our collision repair facility is entirely up to date including experienced well trained technicians. Douglassville Auto Body deals with all major insurance companies. Many customers do not realize that the state of Pennsylvania does not require you to get more than one estimate. In addition, many insurance companies attempt to "require" you to take your vehicle to one of their designated facilities.
Douglassville Auto Body provides a full mechanical facility to our customers including PA State Inspection and Emissions, Oil Change, Mount/Balance Tires, as well as many other mechanical needs you may require. We are affiliated with almost all major Road Side Assistance Companies in the area, such as Geico, Allstate, Agero, and Signature, as well as the Greater Pottstown Area for AAA. I did not get the drives name but it happened this morning 1/26/2010 on Rt 422 near Rt 724 approximately 7:30 AM. Not only was he very professional but he had a great attitude and appeared to enjoy his job. I have used Douglassville Auto Body on several occassions and I have been very satisfied with the service I have rec'd.

My husband and I have had nothing but a bad streak since buying the car we did in March. I had a friend who owns a towing company tow our car when it broke down only 10 days after buying it...after my husband replaced and did whatever he thought could have been the problem and the car still wouldn’t start, we signed up for AAA, we got extremely lucky having Douglassville Towing dispatched to tow our car, not only one time but three times!!! Back and forth to shops for opinions...the drivers are extremely friendly, they are definitely quick to get to the next call, get the car loaded and go..

I was referred here for an insurance claim. From the phone call, to the first interaction, and the picking up of my vehicle, everything was great! My car looks like new again! It did take a little longer than expected, but for exceptional work, it was fine. Good thing I was able to borrow a vehicle and not pay rental fees!

Douglassville Auto Body has worked on 2 of my vehicles. The last I was in an auto accident and the whole front end of my car was damaged and needed to be replaced. They did an excellent job, kept me informed, and very friendly. Highly recommend! They are the best body shop in this area!

I have been a customer of Douglassville Auto for over 10 years. They are excellent mechanics and I never worry about being overcharged. They also run a great towing operation, and I have to my aide more than once. They go out of their way to help you. I never worry about being overcharged. They are a great family!!!
