Had to come to pick up some items out of my car. The place was nice. You can enter the establishment now. There is a dog there (a big dog) although they say the dog is nice. It came nearby, but not too close. Startled my boy. There are signs posted there is a dog, but when you see it, it's a rather big dog. Lol.

So far they are amazing!
They helped with our rogue when we had flood damage and now with repairs to my wife's vehicle. Once it's all said and done I will update this review because I am sure they will earn the last star!!

We dealt with Sanatoga Auto body after my teenage daughter got into an accident. The car had a lot of front end damage and was not drive-able. They went above and beyond, even dealing with the Rental car place and insurance company. They made a painful process as easy as could be and the car has NEVER looked or driven better. I've used Sanatoga Auto Body a few times over the years and I have never been disappointed. A recent visit was due to a tree branch falling on my 2017 Mazda. There was damage to the roof, hood, nose, dashboard and windshield. It took some time due to the extent of work needed, but it came back looking absolutely perfect. Afterwards, there were a couple minor issues with the interior gear, but they were taken care of immediately. Aside from doing great work, the folks at Sanatoga Auto Body are helpful, friendly, honest and certainly know the meaning of "customer service".

If you want your vehicle repaired perfectly, this is the place to go. Paul and Paul Jr are experts in their business and are excellent with customer service . As a shop manager , I know what this means. Highly recommend them !!!!!

Just picked up my Explorer from Sanatoga Auto Body they have exceeded all of my expectations. I am in the collision industry and I am very picky about paint match and texture. Received excellent customer service! Everyone is super friendly. The only thing I had to do was call them, they handled everything for me insurance and rental car. My bumper was replaced, color match was perfect. When I picked up my car-it was sparkling! I would highly recommend Sanatoga Auto body! Plus they have a soft spot for animals!!! 💕

They've done body work on both my cars in the last few months, and on both occasions they were exceedingly professional in their manner and performance. My cars, each over ten years old, look great.
They also made the rental car arrangements for me, went very smoothly, as well.

Recently , My Toyota Rav 4 SUV met with a large Doe early morning of Oct 28th 2016.
I contacted the police AND called SAB around 7 am - they sent out their flat bed tow truck to pick up my car.
I rode back with tow truck driver to their shop. Enterprise Rental was contacted - they picked me up to obtain a vehicle for the duration of the repair.
Paul Sr. and his staff began to work on the parts and labor estimate that same morning to send off to my insurance company.
They initially told me they would need 12 working days to complete repairs.

My wife has an accident less than two tenths of a mile from Sanatoga. The next day she went to take care of our account and was given a bill for $150!!! That is outrageous for such a short drive. He tried to explain what a "deal" he was giving her because they usually charge $199 plus a $20 fuel fee!!! What a way to take advantage. The accident was during normal business hours on a weekday. No special weather conditions even. Then he demanded that she pay in cash!! .What kind of business that works with auto body cannot take any form of payment. I would never ever recommend this

My wife was waiting behind a truck at a traffic light when the truck driver decided to back up to allow another large tractor trailer to negotiate a right turn in front of him. Despite my wife's blowing on the horn, the truck driver continued backing up, scoring a hit on the front end of our Honda Accord.

We decided to take our car to Sanatoga Auto Body for the repairs. The truck driver's company compensated us for the damage in advance based on the estimate from Sanatoga Auto Body. While working on the car, the folks at Sanatoga Auto Body discovered additional structural damage

This shop is quite literally a scam artists' business. My vehicle was disabled on the highway due to a failed clutch. I had no choice but to allow Sanatoga Auto Body to do the tow, since my roadside assistance was not covering the cost. The tow was a distance of 5.3 miles - a very short distance from their shop. I was charged $150 for the tow itself, and $20 for a fuel charge. I didn't realize it cost $20 to drive 10.6 miles combined distance. That must mean their tow truck gets 1.88 miles to the gallon! WOW!

I had a bad experience with there towing service a couple of years ago. The tow driver didn't know how to tow/load a pick-up truck on a flatbed. He ended up wrenching the truck on, which was fine, but the truck's brakes failed and he loaded it nose first instead of rear first. When he tried to unload it, he could not get it to come off the flatbed. He used the truck's drive shift as a push off point and damaged the drive shaft and torques my frame. The driver was rude and worried about getting onto his next tow. After a fight with my garage they finally replaced the drive shift,

I've had multiple cars repaired here over the years. They are the best. They know their stuff and are very professional. Their work is incredible. Since all were insurance claims, I can't comment on price/value but I have been pleased with their work.
