I experienced excellent service on the technical, service and customer relations aspects of their business. Finding RJ Pro in Valley Springs was a pleasant surprise. As a new resident I didn't know where to turn when my pc crashed after recent Windows updates. RJ Pro efficiently rescued my data and transferred it to both a new pc and a backup drive. Solving a couple of connectivity issues with my new pc was also handled quickly. I wish I could recommend RJPro higher because five stars just scratches the surface. Even their fees were a pleasant surprise. Thanks Stephen, Jack and the rest

From the onset, your staff was very helpful in identifying the issues with our network, making sound recommendations and presenting your solution. I don't normally come to Valley Springs, but I was visiting a friend when my Asus Laptop decided to act up. My buddy recommended RJ Pro because all the locals get their computers fixed here so I thought "why not?"
The guy who fixed my computer as Steve and he was extremely helpful with getting my laptop to perform better. My browser and occasionally my Windows programs were having several minute load times per application. I was definitely not going to put up with that after driving 9 hours to NorCal.
