I am always impressed by their professionalism and friendly atmosphere. I love that it's still a family owned local business and you feel so welcome when you're at Pat's. My first experience at Pat’s was very positive. Even though I went to get my tires rotated, they additionally took great care inspecting my car and explaining in detail a few things they found that may need attention soon, with photos included, which I appreciated as a person who knows little about cars. I could tell they genuinely had my best interest in mind and the safety of me and my vehicle. All the staff are very professional and friendly. Charged my daughter 600 dollars to replace six spark plugs they knew were just put on it will run great trust us 1200 dollars later oh sorry have to take to Mercedes Mercedes dealershipDont have right tools put gas in fuel light was on injector cleaner car runs mint no tools required just common sense

My first time using Pat's Auto, and my vehicle threw them a nasty curve. My fuel filter went bad but in the process literally fried not just the wiring but the module it plugs into. The repair cost could have been greater than the car value! But Pat's spent considerable time researching and trying different options to keep my cost as low as possible. For a new customer they went above and beyond in time and effort. They were very professional and communicated with me very well.

I have been taking my car to Pats for the last few years and have always had a great experience. They are honest, down to Earth, and family oriented. As a woman who doesn’t know much about cars I’ve always felt hesitant about repairs since I could easily be over charged, but that has never happened to me here. I’m always kept informed about what they are doing/thinking the problem is. I dropped my car off there last night since it wouldn’t start, and got a call at 830am requesting I bring my original key to them since they had my spare (they wanted to check the fob battery
