Found these guys through a NAPA recommendation and was delighted with the service. My right rear wheel was making a bad sound, they did a full inspection and sent the results via text and phone call. Fixed the issue and recommended future services to keep my car in great shape.
My boyfriend then got his inspection and oil change done at Turner, same great service. Quick turnaround and they make it easy to drop off/pick up even after hours. Those at the front desk are always friendly and personable, they definitely make the experience all the better!

This is the best repair shop I’ve ever been to would recommend it highly to anyone that wants that all time feeling of pride and professionalism they went over and above to make me feel like family prices were reasonable and they gave a quote and paperwork before they even started to work and they communicated with me every step of the way

Great people. Professional and friendly. Didn't get the diagnosis right the first time on a horn repair, but they didn't charge for that and corrected the problem. Steering wheel was reinstalled wrong twice but promptly fixed at the time of pick up. Definitely recommend.

I was so impressed with Turner Automotive right from the moment of scheduling right through the final billing! The staff are amazingly friendly; I felt like we had been old friends by the final check of the bill. I was especially impressed with the thorough details given prior to any work being done. I was able to see pictures and read descriptions of what was needed in the service. I will certainly be using Turner Automotive for all of my regular service and maintenance from here on out!!

I had to have my state inspection completed & an inspection for my insurance company. The inspection was incredibly thorough and I received a link to a report via text that had details of recommendations with photos. The owners were very professional & kind even accommodating my children by putting cartoons on the television. I couldn't of asked for a better experience in all respects. Highly recommend for any car care needs. I will definitely be a long time customer.
