I had to have my windshield replaced (for a second time within a year) and after a poor experience my first go around with another vendor I decided to try Tri County Auto Glass. The experience was AWESOME! The office was very helpful with processing all the details with my insurance, including asking for OEM glass instead of aftermarket, which I forgot to request. The installation service was also great, quick, informative with post installation info and they were able to schedule me in for replacement very quickly after the part arrived. Very pleased with the outcome, would return for future glass

USAA Members/Military - listen up: DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. We were referred to this shop from USAA insurance and we are so extremely disappointed in our experience at this business. We would absolutely NOT recommend Tri-County Auto Glass Experts to anyone who values their vehicles or their time. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Absolutely fantastic work. I decided to go with Tri-county auto glass because they quoted me a good price, and were really professional on the phone. I’m so glad I did!
I was a little confused at first why it would take 3 hours, but the owner explained that it is really important to let the windshield to adhere properly which is why they keep the car a bit longer to make sure the installation is perfect and safe.
In my case I was extremely grateful, because the previous owner had installed the wrong windshield and did not use adhesive on the upper half causing a leak.

What a professional staff! Jody the excellent manager who knew every detail, and what questions to ask. I didn’t know that there were so many options; but she did! And the staff that took the time to explain the process. My car was calibrated for my A.D.A.S. (driver assistance) and my rain sensor. And they helped me process this through my insurance. 10 stars also to the install crew who were very friendly. At it was conveniently downtown too next to a coffeeshop. Thanks again guys !!!!

I made an appointment to bring in a specialty car that has undergone a high end restoration. The installer was really rude right off the bat and was angered by the fact that I had a specific simple request about the installation (applying sealer in the corners). It ended up being a total waste of my time for what was really actually a simple job. Don't waste your time wit this shop if you need any high end or specialty work.

I received a quote over the phone from Jodi just before closing time. Afterwards, I checked an online quote from Safelite, which was about $10 less, however there were additional "hidden costs" i.e..disposal and so on which they do not disclose up front. You can not speak to a rep at Satellite, only online etc. Jodi put me in their shop the following morning and my new windshield was already there. Beto, the installer, removed all of the rust around the windshield gasket with a small grinder, primed the area with a special sealant and saved me big $$$ from an auto body shop. This was

I had a great experience at Tri-County! I needed to get my window repaired ASAP I was visiting from out of town and did not want to drive back with a big crack in my windshield. I called a few other places and no-one could fit me in quickly and I was getting crazy expensive quotes (felt a little like I was being price gauged) then I called on Tri-County and Jodi hooked me up! They fit me in and did a great job, great service, for a great price!

Had a broken sun roof replaced. NEVER give them your credit card up front!! Worst level of communications ever, failed to get documentation from insurance company, then bypassed and proceeded to process my repair as a cash repair without my specific approval resulting in a charge ~$500 higher than the estimate provided by the insurance co., worst level of communication EVER!!! The repair itself was flawless.

Everything was PERFECT! My passenger window was shattered during a trip to LA and I needed to get it replaced ASAP.
I live in Goleta and called 7 different auto glass locations, no one else had a Yaris window in stock.
They were fast, efficient, and friendly. They're located right behind the French Press, it was a great place to wait. They even vacuumed out the rest of the glass bits I couldn't get to, without me asking. I'll recommend them to everyone in the future!

They were able to replace my windshield at nearly $100 cheaper than what Safelite quoted me. 3 hours to replace the windshield and it was good to go. Drove it home on the freeway and it's looking good. There was a slight miscommunication regarding pick up, but I was able to get there and pick up my car in time. Service was friendly and instructions on windshield care were clear.
