Staff was polite over the phone but very unorganized. I was scheduled for a day and time but no one showed up so I called to see what the problem was and the person on the phone told me I was scheduled for the wrong day. I really needed to get this fixed so I just went with it and waited an extra day. The next day, no one was showing up so I called and then finally got the tech to call me letting me know he was on his way. He must be overwhelmed because he was in a terrible mood and was very short with me. He showed up with no mask on and was clearly upset when he was asked to put a mask on. Very

I got my side window busted out by someone last week. I called around but they wanted too much money. These guys had it in stock and came to me at my work on a Sunday! Super impressive - anyway the technician did a great job and he vacuumed everything out.

My passenger side window wasn't going up and down anymore so I needed to get my window regulator fixed or repaired. They came to me and told me they can repair it saving me more money instead of replacing it. Anyway the technician took it apart and fixed it in about 30 minutes. Highly recommended mobile service.
